- A drunk driver of an automobile struck and killed the mother of a two-year-old girl after he had been served too much alcohol at the tavern. We recovered $1.5 Million against the tavern for the child and her family.
- A jury returned a verdict of approximately $7.7 Million for our client who had sustained paralyzing injuries while rescuing a young boy from a collision with an inner-tube on a sledding hill.
