Cindy Flynn

Cindy Flynn is a partner in the law firm of Carney Badley Spellman in Seattle, Washington. Her litigation experience includes automobile and premises personal injury, alcohol-related accidents, construction and workplace injury, traumatic and brain injury cases, and products liability.

Prior to representing plaintiffs, Cindy had a successful practice representing defendants in personal injury cases. The special knowledge gained from this experience has been especially valuable in developing successful strategies for the plaintiffs she now represents.

Cindy has been named a Super Lawyer for 2007 and 2008 by Washington Law and Politics magazine. Each year the magazine honors the top attorneys in Washington state with the distinction based on surveys of thousands of their peers and independent research of Law & Politics. Cindy was also named a 2002 Rising Star by Washington Law and Politics.

Before joining Carney, Cindy was an Army JAG captain. While in the military, she prosecuted as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, was chief of the litigation branch defending medical malpractice and injury claims, and was defense counsel for soldiers at courts-martial.

Cindy is admitted to practice in Washington, California, Idaho, Utah and Oregon.
