Cindy Flynn is a partner in the law firm of Carney Badley Spellman in Seattle, Washington. Her litigation experience includes automobile and premises personal injury, alcohol-related accidents, construction and workplace injury, traumatic and brain injury cases, and products liability.

Prior to representing plaintiffs, Cindy had a successful practice representing defendants in personal injury cases. The special knowledge gained from this experience has been especially valuable in developing successful strategies for the plaintiffs she now represents.

Cindy has been named to Washington State Super Lawyers every year since 2007, including for 2011. Each year Super Lawyers honors the top attorneys in Washington state from more than 70 practice areas, based on surveys of fellow lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Before joining Carney, Cindy was an Army JAG captain. While in the military, she prosecuted as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, was chief of the litigation branch defending medical malpractice and injury claims, and was defense counsel for soldiers at courts-martial.
